My name is Dale Woodard. I have been in the field of journalism for a little over 16 years, writing mostly sports for six different newspapers in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario. I currently live in Lethbridge, Alberta. While my primary love is sportswriting, I also love a good human interest feature or writing a music review. The reason I've always love writing is not only does it allow you to experience the rewarding feeling that comes with being creative, it also gives you a variety of different subjects to tackle. Writing is a constant learning experience and I love the fact that while you can write a great story or feature, you can always do better with your next one.
